Privacy Policy

Enframed is a communications company. When you use the App you may share some information with us. This policy describes information we may collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

Information We Collect

When you use the App we collect information about the features you've used and how you've used them. We collect content you create by the means of the App such as message text or image. When you select a photo from your library for AI-powered features, any faces present in that photo — including facial features and their arrangement — are included in the image data. We collect information about the devices that you use that may include: hardware model, operating system version, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, device usage data, language, battery level, time zone, wireless and mobile network information.

How We Use Information

We collect information in order to:

• develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect the App
• monitor and analyze data trends and estimate hardware use
• enhance the safety and security of the App
• verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorised or illegal activity
• enforce, investigate, and report conduct violating our Terms of Service and other usage policies, respond to requests from law enforcement, and comply with legal requirements

AI Image & Video Processing

The App provides features that use artificial intelligence to create or change images and video. When you choose a photo from your photo library, the App sends that image to the AI inference provider you have selected for one-time processing. The result (an altered image or video) is delivered back to you.

The App integrates the following third-party AI inference providers:

Supported image generation providers: Black Forest Labs, Google, MiniMax, Alibaba, Kuaishou, ByteDance.

Supported video generation providers: Google, ByteDance, Alibaba, Kuaishou.

At the time of processing, your image is sent only to the single provider associated with the model you selected — not to all providers listed above.

If your chosen photo contains faces, the facial data within that image is included in what is sent to the AI service. This is necessary for the AI to produce the result you asked for (for example, restyling a portrait or creating a modified version of the image). We do not analyze facial recognition features in pictures or identify individuals from such pictures. Neither the App nor the AI service retains your image or any facial data after the result is delivered. The image is processed as a single task and is not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose.

Information Sharing

We share public information about you and content you post or send with other users of the App in order to provide App's functionality. We may share anonymized, non-personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including to facilitate payments and measure and optimize the performance of the App.

Images you select for AI processing are shared with third-party AI services solely to create or change your image or video. These providers process the image as a one-time job and do not retain it afterward. A provider may use de-identified data to provide the service and, in some cases, for research and development.

Business Transfers

We may share information about you as part of a merger or acquisition. If Enframed gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the transaction closes.

Changes to This Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll let you know by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy.
